CHES, Inc.’s signature Homebuyer Education course is the certified web-based program for prospective first-time homebuyers. Exceeding national industry standards, this course creates knowledgeable and default-resilient buyers ready for a lifetime of homeownership. Easily accessible through any device 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, you can learn the ins and outs by taking the comprehensive, fun and engaging course at your own pace. If homeownership is your goal, CHES, Inc. will help get you there.

Course Fee: $75/2-participatns

Our HUD Approved Home Buyer Education Course includes a confidential one on one home ownership counseling meeting with one of our HUD Certified Advisers. CHES, Inc. offers this course for only $75.00 for up to 2 participants. Registration includes tuition, workbook, materials & boxed lunch. Please Note: A boxed lunch is provided with prepaid registrations only. You may still cancel or reschedule and receive a full refund or credit up to 24 hours prior to course date. Course runs 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Sign-in begins at 9:30.
