  • Wills (including personal property & digital assets)
  • Power of Attorney (POA) with Detention Affidavit
  • Trustee Assignments (if applicable)
  • Beneficiary Deeds (with recording)

  • Healthcare POA, Living Will, HIPAA authorizations
